The visit on site takes about an hour. Within a few days you receive our valuation with a proposed asking price and a short explanation.
On the location, the condition and the layout of the property, the energy rating, and above all on recent sales of comparable properties in Ostend and the surrounding area. We always visit the property ourselves.
Useful but not required: the EPC, the building plans, the cadastral income and, for an apartment, the latest statement from the syndic. Whatever you cannot find, we request later.
No. You decide for yourself what you do with the valuation. If you choose us, we draw up a sales plan together.
An online calculator gives a first idea based on averages, but does not see the condition, the layout and the location of your home. That is why we always come on site. That way you get an asking price you can really sell at.
A valuation by a notary or a certified valuer is an official report, for example for an inheritance, a gift or a divorce, and you pay for it. Our free valuation serves to determine a correct asking price if you want to sell or let.
