Through a viewing request on a property page we ask for:

• Name, telephone number and email address
• A preferred time
• A question or remark
• The reference of the property

Through the building management (syndic) request we ask for:

• Name and address of the building
• Number of units and your role
• Name, telephone number and email address
• An optional remark

In addition, technical data such as your IP address and information about your browser and device may be processed in server logs and, if you give your consent, in anonymous statistics.

What do we use this data for?

We use your data solely to:

• Respond to your question, valuation, viewing request or syndic request
• Contact you about that request
• Improve our services
• Keep anonymous statistics, if you accept analytics cookies

We never use your data for marketing purposes unless you have given your explicit consent. There is no newsletter.

Who do we share your data with?

Your data is never sold. Forms are sent to Formspree, which processes them only to deliver your message to us. Our hosting partner may keep technical logs.

With your consent we load Google Tag Manager, which may collect anonymous statistics. On the contact page and on property pages we show a map via Google Maps. That map is loaded by Google.

Cookies and analytics
